At Eshbal, young people find a place to belong. In our kennel and stable, they also discover what it means to be needed. Feeding, listening, showing up — small acts of care become a daily practice of trust and responsibility.

The KennelAbandoned dogs find care, routine and a warm temporary home. Young people help train them for adoption — learning patience, communication and the power of giving along the way.

Our stable and kennel are already built and operating. The next essential step is a protected room for the young people and staff of both programs. In daily life, that same space will become a professional dog grooming salon and a place to learn practical skills.

A professional setting to learn bathing, brushing, coat care and safe handling. Practical experience can become the first step toward vocational training and future employment.
During an emergency, the same room will provide a protected space for young people and staff from the kennel and stable. Safety helps preserve the relationships and routines they rely on.

ABOUT ESHBAL
Eshbal is a kibbutz of educators in the Galilee, part of Dror Israel. For young people who live here, it offers a caring residential community and the opportunity for a fresh start.
The center grows out of that everyday life. Dedicated educators, shared responsibility and meaningful relationships surround the work with dogs and horses. Learning continues beyond a session in the stable or kennel.

Yes. We welcome conversations about founding partnerships and major gifts. A limited number of major naming opportunities may be considered for gifts of $100,000 or more. Recognition will be thoughtful and restrained, in keeping with the spirit of Eshbal.
